The latter is Google Scribe, which predicts what you're typing and helps you to complete the sentences.
Well, they have designed a wordpress plugin so that it can use and you have it here.

Good today as I show you easily change the language of your WordPress.
Wordpress-download the file 3.0.1-en_US from the following link: http://es.wordpress.org/
Unzip the file.
Copy via ftp filezilla for example the folder languages in the folder wp-content.
Edit the file wp-config.php we will have in our root directory of the blog.
We look for the string "define ('WPLANG' ");"And replace it with:"define ('WPLANG', 'en_US');"
This is all we have our blog in Spanish.
